Accessing the Admin Page

1. Overview​

SHIELD Drive admin page is a console that manages the operations of the entire organization, including storage, conditional policies, logs, and settings. The access method varies depending on the deployment environment, and only accounts with admin privileges can enter.

2. Direct access via admin-only URL (port-separated deployment environment)​

In some deployment environments, the admin page is operated on a separate port from the general user page for security and access control. In this case, if you access the general user URL, you will not be automatically redirected to the admin page even if you log in with an ADMIN account.

Access Method

  • Enter the dedicated URL (including the port) provided separately to the administrator directly into the browser's address bar. Format:https://[서비스 도메인]:[관리자 포트]
  • After logging in, you will automatically be taken to the admin screen (/mgt) moves to.

  • The administrator-only URL must be provided separately by the system administrator.
  • Access to the general user screen is not available from the admin-only URL.

3. Access through the Security365 Management Center (Portal)​

Users with administrator privileges can access the SHIELD Drive admin page through the Security365 management center (Portal).

  • Clicking the SHIELD Drive icon in the left menu of the Portal will allow you to access the admin page menu.
  • You can return to the Portal via the [Security365 Management Center] link at the bottom left of the admin page.
